Very attentive caring staff as well as some of the Ladies that live there to encourage people to join in on activities etc..My Uncle adjusted well there and has made friends.

I would not recommend this place for my dog , she deserves much more ! That was our fault , it was not as promised, and we fell for it ! We wrote our check out for $[removed] plus and we were over sold on this company! Hind sight is 20/20 , so it's behind us now ! That's that , the staff is great all of them !. Enough said, and I want it where it belongs, in our past! If anything could be done to save other's then it was worth it to share our experience as described so (gently) our take on this issue ! I hope others can have a better experience!

I would recommend Brookdale Hendersonville East to others. The staff are very all very friendly from what I experienced and what my Dad has commented to me.The price is good for the level of service including three meals a day, shuttle service and a spacious apartment.

I would recommend that friend evaluate what is most important for their needs. If proximity to doctors and wanting a full kitchen to make their own meals are high, then this is a great choice. The staff is super. The care is excellent. I don't know where this Brookdale is on the scale of affordability. I think they are in the middle. I looked at places that were less but had high buy in costs. Really high, 30K - 400K. The packages are overwhelming. One must has a great deal of wealth to justify those prices. Mom is in one of the most expensive units in the building. I would be fine with it if the food and dining experience were better. At this point in life, care, friends, food quality and dining experience are key to contentedness. .

I'm very pleased to be at Brookdale. All the things that I was looking for in places to live are here and I am not too far from my family. Everyone is willing to help out when needed and they are always willing to help wherever they may be needed!! I would absolutely recommend this community to others families!

I would say they do an excellent job at encouraging independence while giving the residents tools to strengthen their independence and improve their quality of life. I have been pleasantly surprised and grateful for the experience and so has my mom. We picked this community because of the location and it was affordable with sign on discount.

Brookdale Hendersonville East is a clean and well maintained; very helpful staff; convenient location; staff is very friendly and social with the residents. Those are some of the things we like the most about this community

Brookdale Henderson East is just a really nice place with lovely staff and residents. We enjoyed our time there. I do think that they could improve on the quality of food. It could actually be freshly cooked and hot! The food was always cold or frozen in the middle when we got it.

The outside of Brookdale is not so great..But as soon as you walk inside, it is a welcoming and delightful place to come. I can't find one thing we don't like. It's a very well run place. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come visit and see for yourself.

They are always very friendly. The food is bad most of the time. Our loved one loves eggs in the morning and they're either not cooked correctly or they're cold. In fact, a lot of their meals arrive to the table cold. They often do not get what they ordered.

The food is nurishing and there is always plenty of it. I partcipate in activities, and conduct bible study, and a daily devotional. I have been there for over a year, and I am tremdously satisfied. It is a great place to live.

Brookdale Hendersonville East has been great to work with and it is a perfect fit for my mom. She does not have any dietary restrictions and loves the food that they serve. It is served restaurant style and people come to take her order. I think it is a convenience to have Brookdale at home, my mom is able to live independently but has those on site services available to her if she needs them so she can live in independent living for much longer. She loves it here and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

They are doing a good job keeping the community clean and they have a fair amount of activities available. They are doing their best with the meals, it is hard with this many people to satisfy everyone so sometimes the meals are great and other times not so much. It is expensive but so far I have had nothing to complain about.

With this community you can feel good about making the decision to have to place your family member somewhere. THey have activities like leaf tours, lots of games, and bingo. They also have church, movie nights and going out to dinner and a movie to keep the residents active and more.

My loved one loves it here. We were able to get the larger studio and was able to add a microwave and refrigerator. The community provides cleaning, three meals a day, and my loved one has made friends. They did a renovation right before the pandemic. The food can be a little salty for residents. There is nothing I would change about the community.
