Both the facility and staff are phenomenal. The facility itself is clean and very warm and inviting. They make it feel like a private home. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They have lots of events for the residents and families. My mom literally did a 180 when she moved to Brookdale Beavercreek. She is very happy and involved in activities at this facility. I'm very grateful to have found this place. Also the head nurse [name removed] is fantastic. Very communicative and collaborative. I wish I had found this place earlier!... Read more
Reinvent your retirement experience and envision a new way of living, here at Brookdale Beavercreek. From personal care, to homemade meals and interactive activities, it’s all about you. With dynamic care services readily available, residents can receive assistance with mobility, eating during meals, bathing, and other personal tasks.
The community also offers HealthPlus — an exclusive healthcare program — to provide efficient and timely services. A care manager will communicate with residents’ doctors and nurse practitioners to establish individualized care plans. By developing this relationship, residents can avoid frequent trips to the doctor’s office and, instead, enjoy direct access to wellness checks, immunizations, and health screenings. They can also receive support for chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and COPD.
In addition to personal care, meals, transportation, housekeeping, and home maintenance services are also taken care of. Staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to any emergency situation. Plus, keypad entries and a 24-hour security system are also in place to provide safety and peace of mind. While your care and chores are managed, you can use your free time to enjoy the community's perks — book a haircut...

We were very happy with the experience at Brookdale of Beavercreek. It is a smaller community which helps the staff more personal and helpful. They took excellent care of our beloved Uncle [name removed] . Unfortunately, he passed away on[date removed]. We would never have found Brookdale without the help of "A Place for Mom." We appreciate the help in finding the facility.

We were referred to Brookdale by a medical provider who travels to multiple care facilities in the area. Brookdale is a small, caring community. Staff is highly involved and the property is well-maintained. My loved one is well cared for and content.

We received referrals from “A Place for Mom,” for our beloved Uncle, and one of the places recommended was Brookdale of Beavercreek. We are very happy that we chose Brookdale. Everyone from the staff and residents have been very welcoming. We’ve noticed every time we visit, that there are activities going on, from singing, games, and celebrations of Birthdays. Everyone has been helpful and always smiling. Our Uncle has received wonderful care and is doing so much better. We highly recommend Brookdale of Beavercreek.

Went with my brother who is looking for an assisted living facility. We met with Molly who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but ultimately we did not move forward with Brookdale as we felt the apartments were quite small in comparison to others

We placed my Sister in this facility Sept., 2023 and have been perfectly satisfied with the care she is getting there. The facility is small with only 42 apartments and well appointed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring for all of the residents. There are numerous activities for the residents to participate in and they are always eager to help when we have questions. With linen tablecloths and napkins the dining area seems more like a sit down restaurant than an assisted living facility. Clean and nice rooms. We have never been there when the facility seemed to be neglected. I highly recommend this facility and encourage you to visit. You will not be sorry.

The facility is great, small and friendly. Staffing is an issue currently, there just aren't enough aides available and some were unreliable. Nursing staff and administration were often called upon to fill in. But on general, everyone was doing their best and were extremely friendly and interested in patients and their welfare.

[name removed] was very helpful accommodating an unexpectedly quick transition for our aunt. She even went to the hospital to accommodate the paperwork and help mentally aid Shirley in moving from her home of over 40 years.

Furniture Move-in day was great!! Mom settled in the next day. Staff members all came and introduced themselves. The residents were all friendly. Mom was personally invited to all activities. She had a great first day!! She has been here a few days and is making friends. All the staff say use her name and say hi. Many of them recognize all her visitors.

A Place for Mom has scored Brookdale Beavercreek 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
