Brookdale Altamonte Springs

Staff are very friendly although they recently changed their director and sales manager whom I have not interacted with, the others will always acknowledge us. My dad seems very happy here which is a big plus. Overall we are very satisfied with the facility. Our family experience has been very positive, they are open to any concerns or issues that we may have had and follow up as needed. The staff has always been very friendly and open to any suggestions.

I definitely recommend to others. My parents are happy with Brookdale. The relocation process was somewhat chaotic due to a lack of organization. Some important documents were overlooked. However, I must say that the staff members were friendly and courteous throughout.

Unfortunately my mother passed away and did not move into Brookdale. She was there for a respite stay. The staff was great and the facilities were nice and inviting. The experience was good once you got past the sales aspect of the facility.

We have been here over a year and the 3rd director started today. The staff try hard, but there is a lot of turnover. The chef tries hard and does a good job. My father does not participate in activities, but they seem to have great choices. I am still floored by how much assisted living costs. Basic service is [removed]. Can't imagine what memory care costs and that is our future In house staff is hit or miss. Some are wonderful, others not so much. But it is no different than any workplace. But absolutely no one has been rude, mean or uncaring. My feeling is that to some it's a calling, for others it's a job.

My stepfather has been living here for 2.5 years and loves it. The 1 bedroom apartment feels spacious and modern. The restaurant style meals in the dining room are delicious and provide a natural time for socializing. The staff, ranging from front desk, housekeeping, cafeteria and medical) are friendly and caring. The community structure helps residents preserve what autonomy they have as long as possible while providing active support. I feel very comfortable with my family member living there.

Will say my mom seems to be happy and thriving! So far so good. Beyond helpful and a literal life saver when times are chaotic. Would recommend 10 outta 10 times. Knowledgeable resourceful and caring in an area most know nothing about about.

We used Brookdale Altamonte Springs for respite care for my loved one. The front office is a little too salesy for me, but other than that the staff was great. Outside of our first day, the room that my mother stayed in was clean. The staff tended to her needs. I thought they communicated well with us. I would recommend Brookdale Altamonte Springs to others. Just know that the sales people have a job to do to bring people in. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The overall value for cost is a tough one, assisted living is brutally expensive but we would highly recommend because we have no other option.

My mom is very happy at Brookdale. The staff, the entire staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond. It is a top-tier senior community.

Location very clean and friendly staff. Provided information and suggestions. Answered many questions and shared multiple options.

The unit and tour was very interesting, learned a lot about community. Community is very nice and people seemed friendly.

Brookdale Altamonte Springs is amazing. The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. I would love for my father to become a resident of this community and most importantly, it's spotless.

What sticks out the most about Brookdale Altamonte Springs is the staff. They know my mom... like actually know her. Also, during the hurricane, several of the executive staff stayed at the community to make sure everything and everyone was safe. They go above and beyond.
