Broadway Court Estates

Felt like home right away, made friends right away, love the activities and excercise. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I love the food and the music. I love the light in my apartment and my view of the garden. My apartment is bright and cheery.

Broadway Court is a wonderful, family owned independent living community! My mom has been there for 5 years and is so please with her choice. The option to get a ride to appointments or to go to the store was perfect for her. She loves the variety of options for activities available. The friendliness of the staff makes it even better. She has had caregivers come in at different times and never had an issue. We would highly recommend this BCE if you are looking for a new home!

My mom loves it there and the staff is great so glad I found it. They are very friendly and keep an eye on my mom. Based on the experience we have had so far we have already recommended them to other families, and will continue to recommend them.

I so so glad my family and I decided that Broadway Court Estates was the best place for me to live. There are lots of activities, you can be as busy as you want. I really like can you can choose from 3 or 4 choices for dinner each day. I would recommend this facility for anyone wanting to live in a Imdependent. Living facility.

The placement at Broadway Court estates was great! She loved it. Very kind and accommodating. Great group outings, hair and nail services on site.

I would recommend the facility to others if the person has their own transportation and is interested in physical activities as yoga ect.

Great community- residents and staff are super friendly. Lots of activities available. Food was not great - couple of changes in chefs, not very consistent, breakfast offerings are not great.

The staff all seem genuinely interested and caring. A nice feature is the morning check-in where the resident has a device in their room to signal that they are up and ambulatory by 10 a.m. Housekeeping is good. Many meals are exceptional, but some fall far short. There have been mix ups where the right ordered meal wasn't served and quality was sorely lacking. Overall, we're very pleased with everything. It's expensive, but so many amenities and again, a beautiful and very clean facility. Aesthetically lovely with antiques, flowers, art and sitting areas with fireplaces on each floor.

I picked this community because of the great value for money, and the pool! I would recommend to others.

Needed an ADA apartment. On a 2 year wait list at another independent retirement community without being moved. Within days able to move in to an ADA apartment here. Pricing was almost the same, services improved. Happy welcome.

Moved into resident 4 months ago and loving the friendships with all of the other residents.. Appreciate the welcoming committee for the first week to get to feel my way around.

Finding this opportunity for my mother to live in this vibrant and active community has been greatly beneficial. My mother was apprehensive leaving the rural home where she lived since 1976. She was unsure of what to expect but found a friendly and caring environment in Broadway Court Estates that she continues to tell me is a great decision. I and my siblings find the staff and residents at Broadway Courts incredibly friendly and warm. Living in AK it is comforting to know she is comfortable, happy and safe between our frequent visits. The staff made it really easy for my mother to get moved into an apartment that she preferred and to help with the transition. A great experience.

Have been here 8 months and its home to me. I should have moved here 3 years ago after my buggy passed. People are very nice & friendly. I'm thankful I could afford to move here & hope rent doesn't get too high because I would hate to have to leave here.

my mom loves the place and the staff. She is always on the go there and says the food is very good. very glad we found the The Broadway Court. She loves all the trips they take even just the car rides.

We moved my Mom here approximately 6 weeks ago. Everyone has been very friendly and there is a wide range of activities for her to participate in if she so chooses. The meals have been excellent. Shuttle services provide a lot of opportunities for shopping, appointments and fun outings. Staff had been delightful and we have been impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.

My father in law is loving living there and is doing so many of the activities. He loves the food and has had to cut back his portion sizes. I have never met or heard him talk about an unfriendly staff member. I am thrilled that he is getting his apartment cleaned regularly. Broadway courts has taken a burden off of me because I know he is getting good care. It is a blessing for him to be living there.

My mom and aunt recently moved to Broadway Court Estates after looking at dozens of senior housing options in North Idaho and Spokane Valley. From the day they moved in they felt comfortable and welcome. My mom has mentioned several times, that she wishes she would have moved in sooner. At 83 and 89, they find the activities varied and fun. They regularly participate in water exercise, dance class, sit and fit exercise, card games (almost every night) and musical performance nights. They had a big garden plot on the property this year and they started their own game night and have welcomed other residents on Sundays when the activities director is out. You can do as much or as little as you want but the options of activities are impressive. I could not be happier about my mom and aunt living here because they are so happy.

So many positives. I feel like singing all the time! That need is fulfilled. I love the fellowship! Fits all my needs.
