Belle Reve Senior Living Community

This community has been working with us in a difficult situation to meet the needs of our loved one. The aid workers are caring and meet the needs of the residents that are there.

My grandfather was a resident at Belle Reve and I couldn't have been happier. I saw the stress leave my parents as they transitioned him into the facility. The staff were so kind and so patient with him and really had his best interest in mind. As a family, we all felt like he was in good hands and we could trust the staff to take care of him.

We recommend Belle Reve Memory Care in Milford, PA. Over the past three years we have witnessed a profound change in our loved relative's personality and attitude as she has progressed from agitation and anxiety to a place of serenity and peace. We have personally witnessed the kindness and professionalism of the staff who interact without relative, from personal aides to physical therapists, activities and culinary staff, as well as ancillary staff including receptionists who often visit to chat with her. She participates in activities, celebrations and planned events as well, and her health remains excellent at age 92. Her sense of security, dignity and her charming personality have been restored by the caring attention she receives at Belle Reve. We are enormously grateful to all of the staff and especially to the Director of Memory Care, Simone Thomas, for the excellent care our relative enjoys and for the peace of mind which we enjoy. I could not be happier with the care my mother is receiving at Belle Reve! She is being treated with dignity and respect. The staff from administration on down are friendly and courteous while also doing a terrific job.

Our mom has received wonderful care at Belle Reve. The entire staff is dedicated, kind and personally attentive to mom’s changing needs. Dining, personal care, nursing, activities, maintenance, OT, PT, housekeeping, receptionists, and administrators all keep her safe and happy as well as keeping our family informed and involved. This has been the best decision we made when mom couldn’t live by herself anymore. She loves having her own furnishings with her and we love how social she is now in her new home. Good Zoom tour. Facility looks very well maintained from what I could see in the Zoom video. Hallways and common areas were very bright and colorful. A lot of wood accents. The dining room was large and had numerous windows along two sides. Nice lighting. They had a vaccination clinic occurring when the tour was happening. Resident rooms were very nice. The suites are very large and the one bedrooms are decent size. All rooms have a small refrigerator and a microwave in a small kitchenette area. Furniture is provided, but residents can bring in their own or an extra piece. The facility also has a reasonable size covered porch and separate small outside sitting area. Pricing is somewhat high with laundry, phone and cable being extra. Overall a very nice looking facility.

My loved one was on the memory care floor. The activities kept the residents active and they were repetitious for the residents. I didn't compare the everyday activities to the other communities I visited. My loved one was happy at this community. She felt very comfortable.

I want to make sure you all at Belle Reve know how much you are appreciated for the day after day job you do. I'm sure everyone whose loved ones you care for feels the same way. Your place is sooooo much better than any other I've ever been to and I've visited a few. I've been telling people since January how great Belle Reve is, not just the place itself but more importantly your staff. Everyone I've come in contact with since January from the maintenance man to the front desk staff to [name removed] and anyone I've talked to on the phone, everyone has been wonderful. I only wish my mom had more time to spend with you. I hope I live home until I'm 100 but if I need to spend a few years somewhere besides home, I hope it's Belle Reve.

From my first visit to Belle Reve in Milford,PA, I knew this would be a great fit for my Mom's needs. A small, well maintained facility where everyone is known, respected and addressed by name. [Name removed] went out of his way to make my Mom feel welcomed and genuinely cared about her needs as a person. The receptionists were also caring and friendly. The staff went out of their way to help my assist me whenever I called to check up on her after her transition and move in. They paired her with a wonderful roommate, and they formed a sweet friendship. It was great to see my mom get renewed life and a sense of belonging and purpose that she was missing living alone. She especially loved the delicious food and all the activities they provided. It was so good to call her and hear the happiness in her voice again. I'm grateful to the dedicated staff here that go out of their way to make the residents comfortable, safe and loved.

My Mom is 93 and has Alzheimers. She moved from Campbell Hall Rehab to BelleReve in Milford 6 months ago.The difference between the two places is remarkable. EVERYONE I've come in contact with at BelleReve has been nothing but helpful.From Director to Maintenance man they all seem genuinely happy to be there; even through the nightmare of Corona Virus .Everyone joined in (even the Director! ), worked hard, and kept my mom safe. Everyone is smiling and happy there.The staff contacts me all the time about anything to do with my Mom.The place itself is always spotless with a beautiful homelike environment. I still can't believe I was able to find such a great ,loving place for my mom. A bonus is that Milford,Pa is a beautiful town!

My mother is currently in Belle Reve and I have visited her on five occasions. I am sure my mom would prefer to be home but my family thinks Belle Reve is a much better option that many of the places where she once lived. In my visits I can say that the staff members really seem to care about their patients. In fact, my mom's roommate and my mom both remarked about how [[name removed]'s diligence and passion. The staff members are pleasant, smiling easily, and they are clearly respectful to their clients. I have also been in a room with my mother when the staff members and clients were playing Bingo and my wife joined them, telling me how much she enjoyed the experience. When you enter you are greeted by a staff member who is always pleasant and helpful. Great job, Belle Reve!

Belle Reve was the best decision we made for our mom. She is very happy and well taken care of. We couldn't be more pleased. The staff is attentive and friendly and has made my mom feel right at home. Mom has many friends and it makes us feel so good that she is in such good hands. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of visiting this facility with my son. The staff that I have met have a cheerful and genuine way. If I ever needed to be in a facility it would be this one. Well maintained facility.

I visited this community a few times and felt comfortable touring it. Belle Reve has many things going for seniors - luncheons for outside seniors, bingo, dancing, and parties due to the time of year. Belle Reve "keep it up." The atmosphere was a home like facility and very clean.
