The rehab girl was really nice and had some good things to say about her. There was a girl who answered her call and she helped out from another wing. There was another nurse aide that was helpful. Everyone I talked to was friendly and when they found out she wanted to leave they were not so friendly. One of the nurses were really good to her the first night. She was the overnight nurse on her first night. No one gave me updates but they answered my questions. As a whole, they need a better system with setting expectations and to get acclimated.

The nurses are wonderful! The cleanliness is nice. My loved one eats well.

Overall, Beeghly Oaks is excellent! A few nurses are exceptionally friendly! The food is very bland.

It is lovely at the facility. They have been very helpful to my loved one and today she starts her rehab. From what I have seen so far their rehab therapy is good. The staff were on the ball and very good with her. The staff friendliness is fine. The cleanliness is so far so good and I am very happy. Everything I have seen has been very good. I spoke with the man who makes the menus. There was an incident they fed my mom something she couldn't eat. Other than that the meals have been great. She enjoys eating it. One time there was no person there to answer their phones. I have not had a problem communicating with them. They answer my questions correctly.

They were very attentive and explained things and made sure we understood what was going on. They supplied whatever we needed. It was good. He did really good there at their rehab therapy. The man going up and down the steps, the physical therapist took him to step by step and was really nice. He was firm with him. The staff would always check on him and they did a very good job and made sure his wounds were clean. They came right away to help. All of them gave good care. They kept his room nice and changed the bed. The garter thing that was on him they changed it. They were really tidy. They called not too long ago to see if he was adjusting and that was wonderful. They were concerned.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. The staff is short-handed a lot of times, but they are doing the best they can. The people are friendly, the patients seem to be happy and interact well with each other. The facility is clean. It smells good, too! They call any time something changes with him, or if we need anything. They are very informative.

I worked in nursing homes myself. They are sitting at the desk and no one wants to get up and do anything when you ask them to. Maybe they need more CAs. My sister did the call light to get in a chair and it took 1/2 an hour before they came so we could take her out. The meals are good. They have called me any time they are going to do something.

My loved one did have a couple of issues. His doctor was telling him what he could do for therapy and the therapist was trying to override that. He had no issues with the nursing care. He had a problem with them a couple of times with getting them to clean his bed right away. The food was fine.

The place is pretty clean. So far the therapy has been good. Everyone has been really nice. Here I haven't smelled anything no body odors. Everyone in the area where they gather the presentation of the food looks really good. They told me don't worry and it felt really good to hear that.

The services have been fine. All of the staff has been really nice. They have done a good job with their communication. They make phone calls and reach out to me.

They can only do so much for her because of her medical condition. They answer all of my questions or they contact the doctor who will call me. There are a couple of aides she likes. It is very clean and it does not smell. The meals are good.

A couple of times I was there my grandma had to wait a while for help. I only spoke to one nurse and she was fine. They were friendly. They are friendly. The communication is good.

The nurses have been doing really well helping my loved one. They keep it pretty.

One of the nurses is awesome! She smiles and makes sure I'm okay. Another one always brings my meds on time. One of the aides is awesome, and always checks up on me. The activities lady is fantastic! She always checks up on me and asks if I want to play something. When I first got here, it was a big disappointment. There were no pillows or chairs. They fixed it, though. It takes some nurses too long to come and answer my calls. I have to wait an hour for them to come, and another hour for them to get my pain medications. They don't clean on a daily basis. There are sometimes dirty towels on floor and garbage. The food tastes fine, but there's not a good variety of it. The hot stuff is not hot sometimes. The cold stuff is not cold.

The nurses seem to be great. Everybody is treating my wife nicely. It looks clean in the areas I have seen, but there was trash to be emptied in her room and bathroom. I emptied the trash. Her room is not being cleaned in a timely manner.

I am confused with why my loved one was having problems and by Monday was all taken care of. I wonder what happened over the weekend and wonder if he had his medication. They could not tell why that happened. The nurses are okay. It is pretty clean. At first, communication was really bad, but now it is quite good. I like the receptionist, who is pleasant and helpful. The administrator is very good and gets things moving.

Everything is pretty good. Everybody here is doing a great job! They have all treated me well. If I ask for something, they help if they can.

They come get me for physical therapy in the morning and occupational in the afternoon. They work me pretty good. So far, I'm pleased. The food isn't quite as good as it was when I was here before. I ordered ginger ale, and they sent me diet. I wrote "nothing diet" and "no French dressing," and I still get them. They've expanded the physical department and have a bike I really like. A couple nurses are very, very efficient. I don't have to remind them. I'm very pleased with them. There's only one time the aides made me wait 25 minutes. They come and give a snack at night, and bring the water around. Probably the only thing they need to do is at night, ask if they can help you with pajamas. They're friendly. Housekeeping runs the Swiffer, and they have good Lysol. They empty the wastebasket twice a day. They come and let me know there's Bingo. They do pass out a crossword puzzle every day. If my medicines change, they let me know. I see the doctor twice a week.

My mother was at this facility for rehab after her heart attack 2 month ago. She did amazing she was walking and back to herself in know time. The facility was clean , the staff was friendly and the nurses made her and myself feel like family.
