I find it hard to believe that they are doing as well with her as they are. I had the pick of three places, and Oasis is the best. Every staff member that I have come across is taking good care of her. I would tell other families, do not believe past reviews. At least, check out Oasis and talk to the staff.

My loved one loves it there and I wanted to tell the administrator how happy she is there. They are so nice and they help her.

They were kind throughout the experience. They were not prepared to handle his condition and circumstances. Everyone did what they could and they were accommodating.

It is wonderful here. The people are very friendly and the therapy is outstanding. I recommend this place all the time. I live near here so it is convenient as well. Very happy with the stay.

The experience with Oasis Center has been good. It has only been a week and so far we are happy with their care. I do wish I would have received more information from the facility so far. I wish maybe the nurses would be more forthcoming but it is still too early to tell.

The overall experience has been decent. Other than the first day, it's been great. Had some difficulties when he first moved here. They had no TV for two days, and they forgot his breakfast due to a lack of communication between the staff. The night shift didn't tell the day shift that he'd arrived.

It's a nice place, it's fairly well kept up. The staff seemed friendly and willing to help. If you live in the area it would be a good place to go for rehabilitation.

I talked to his nurse and the people were really nice. The rehab is really good. They have lots of equipment and allow you to watch my loved one during rehab. The front desk lady was very rude to me the first time we arrived. It smells really bad sometimes.

I had no pain pills except Tylenol since Friday. The doctor wrote a prescription for it. Sometimes it takes an hour to get help.

I have not heard any complaints. The staff is helpful and she said the food is okay. We are very concerned that there is an entire wing of the center that doesn't have phones. You call the main number and get transferred several times to the wrong number.

I would recommend them. The CNAs and aides are very helpful. They explained the treatment plan. If I call and leave a message, within 15 minutes they are calling me back. My dad just got there and for him, it was difficult because he can be kind of stubborn and he is losing his right to make his own decisions. I understand that nursing homes are going to have a smell. I haven't seen anything that is nasty. My dad does not like their meals. He's always complaining about the food quality. It's too cold.

My loved one is satisfied. It is homey and the staff is approachable. She has been there a couple of times so they have a routine. They are attentive to her and they treat her well. The nursing care is excellent! When I ask anything I get an answer the next day. She only has a problem with the food.

So far it's been pretty good. I have no problem with the nurses and the staff is very friendly. I haven't gotten a call once from them there. Haven't heard from the doctors, administrators, social workers, or nothing. I thought it was unprofessional how they were questioning how we would pay the bills and they even asked about my loved one's funeral expenses.

The staff is very friendly and listen to what you have to say. The meals are okay, but they forget the silverware. They don't tell me anything unless I ask.
