My loved one likes the therapy and activities and the staff is all doing great. It is very nice and clean and she said the food is good. They really do not tell me too much and I would like to know more about her care.

The staff made us feel welcome and they interacted with us. They were courteous, knowledgeable and they were willing to help my brother. The caseworker was great, the nurses were very knowledgeable and got the job done. From what I saw, the cleanliness was good but some of the beds were not made so there is room for improvement. The communication was good and the follow-up person was on point with me.

I like the facility and the staff. They help me right away and I get good care. What they are doing in therapy services are helping me. I have no problem with the nurses and aides and it is clean.

The therapist there is good and does an excellent job. There is a miscommunication between the house doctor and my surgeon.

The staff was friendly and the nursing care was good. They are understaffed so it's hard on them and it's hard on us. The food is terrible and they don't pay attention to my allergies or my meal requests.
