Beeghly Oaks Center for Rehabilitation and Healing

Their therapists and nurses are very nice. The people are fine, but the food leaves a lot to be desired in quality and food is served cold and my loved one is not a picky eater. Housekeeping is slow at cleaning.

I would recommend Beeghly Oaks Center for Rehabilitation.

They have been awful. They have a very pushy social worker.

They do well. They are doing a good job of taking care of my son. He has said that he has been eating well.

Their rehab therapy seems to be working. When we first got here they seemed to be around a lot and would assist a lot. Currently, they aren't around as much. It's impressive that when you walk you don't smell cleaning products or a dirty condition. That's a nice feeling to come in and not have offensive odors. She's not a real big fan of the food. That's the only thing she has complained about, to be honest with you. She feels it's bland and not very hot.

The people are very nice. The nursing care is pretty good. My loved one is talking to people about her care every day!

They are trying to work with her in the rehab. The rehab people are very nice and they were telling me things to motivate her and for her to be mobile. The lady who brought the food tray was nice. I went to the desk and said my mom needs help. The speak pleasantly and they smile. The one who helped today was very good. My mother complained about the lady that mopped and they could clean a little more in my mother's room. The food is good but she does not eat much. She does not have an appetite. I had a little problem because I did not know what was going on. There is not good communication and I am told one thing and then another thing.

She had put her call-light on and they didn't respond to it. There is one aide who is isn't that friendly and that makes my mom uncomfortable. The nurses have not run across any issues. There are a couple of them that are fantastic. The rehab area is very clean. In the long term section, it's depressing, and it smells really bad. I filled out the menu and they brought her nothing that she ordered. My mom doesn't eat fish, and they brought her tuna fish. So that day she hadn't eaten all day. They really haven't said anything to me. I was just trying to call my mom. I have to call the nurses station first. There was no answer.

They need more staff. It can stand to be a little bit better. There's not a CNA insight when you go in. The halls are bare. They need more knowledge about their patients. They're polite. They tried giving him a grilled cheese sandwich when he's on a purred diet. They're not able to answer questions.

Overall, our experience has been amazing!

They get my loved one to therapy every day, it has helped her. The staff is good. She's getting up and showering every day. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer for them to come in. It has a little bit of a food smell. The communication is good.

My loved one seems to be more at ease there. It seems like the nurses are very friendly and helpful and accommodating when I'm there to see. It seems to be clean as far as I can tell. I thought it looked very nice. They seem to be very friendly. I have no complaints about how they've treated me. Breakfast was cold the first morning. The other meals he's been liking and they've been warm. No one's reached out to me to let me know anything. I've had to ask questions and they let me know what I ask about.

It's been a very good experience so far. They are pushing him to do his exercise and stuff, he said: "she tired me out." They have been very kind and very good for him. He's got a new room and it's clean.

They are accessible when I seek them out for information. My loved one is saying the meals are okay. I think the meals have been what was expected. They need a lot of more staffing. The nursing care is only okay because they need more nursing staff.

It's been getting better. She would like to be taken out of her room more, she can't walk on her own. The staff is very friendly. The nursing care is great. You expect almost perfection in a hospital, but things like the windows are dirty. It's just small things. At first, they didn't follow her diet. Also, some of the food is cold when they bring it.

Overall, our experience was okay. A few times she got a pizza and that is not something she liked. I would have preferred to maybe be contacted or updated a little more often.

Based on speaking with my loved one, I would say his stay has gone well for him. He has mentioned that the facility is clean.

It's been upgraded under new ownership. I'd say the rehab therapists were good on what they had available to do, as opposed to what we were able to do. The staff is trying to make things as good as possible for other people, and I give them props for that. The first day wasn't organized, but it picked up from there. Weekends are difficult.
