I had my mother in three other places until I found Bayshore. I wish I had found them first. They were wonderful in every day. The chef was amazing too!

Our family feels at ease, now that mom is in a safe community and has friends to communicate with. The caregivers are wonderful and patient will all of the residents, and the cook is fabulous.

The staff was so friendly even when they answer the door. Residents were all being cared for and happy! Several women were playing Bingo. Every room ( dining and living room) were very clean.

Everytime I visit, the staff is friendly and engaging residents in some kind of activity so they don't just sit in their room and bored. My friend likes it much better than the first one she was in.

First of all, it is more like a family at Bayshore Guest Home and Gardens. It's not like a hospital ward. The residents can roam freely inside of the facility. They interact with each other like they are brothers and sisters. The staff are very caring. They are very busy, but they are always on the move. When a resident gets sad, they have a great way to redirect. The meals are prepared by chefs, so they are awesome. The move-in process was quick. They like you to drop your parent off and then come back in a couple days when they are settled. My mom did not even know any difference. I will say that the communication with the family bothers me, at times. But recently, they re-grouped, and everyone seems to be on the same page. My opinion is that you can find a fault in anything, but there are such positives to this place, that I am happy that my mom is there.

It was so hard to have my mom move to memory care. As a family we have found the best place. My mom is in good hands and treated with respect. We are so thankful for the staff

My husband was fortunate to be placed at Bayshore Guest Home and Gardens. He did amazingly well there. [name removed] and her staff were patient, concerned, attentive and did everything they could to make my husband comfortable. He was "at home" there. All of the staff that I met were helpful and kind and professional. You felt the love. [name removed] would send me photographs of my loved one, as I couldn't visit as much as I wanted to. The move in was easy and my loved one was comfortable right away. It's a smaller facility, so you feel protected and so well cared for. The meals always looked delicious! I would recommend Bayshore Guest Home and Gardens to family and friends.

Mom has been at Bayshore Assisted Living with Memory Care for almost a season and I am truly impressed with the incredibly talented staff, the outdoor environment, the home and their fearless leader, Miss [name removed].The skillset that each staff member brings to the residents, is the best of recommendations I can express for Bayshore. They work with Mom in a kindhearted, optimistic manner and this gives me great confidence in her care. They know how to make the residents feel loved and appreciated. An added benefit is[name removed] and the staff do their best to provide an environment for the family relationships to continue flourishing. We have had many wonderful experiences at the care home. Mom and I like to visit outside on the lanai and have little strolls in the garden. It's a very friendly and positive environment for everyone, all relationships are encouraged and great communication skills abound. The owner, administrator and staff show a genuine caring towards the residents and you feel they have the residents best interest at heart. The facility feels like a home and my father has been well nurtured. I feel like the caregivers love him like family and treat him as such.
