We just brought my husband’s mother to live at Bay Village Annapolis from her home of 40 years. They were so welcoming and helpful that she adjusted almost immediately. She went from fully bedridden to moving in and out of a wheelchair in just over a week. She now goes down and has her meals with everyone else and she attends most of the special events that they seem to have here daily. Her transition is well underway and she loves living here. They ([name removed]) even opened the on-site hair salon and washed her hair when she missed her appointment. The staff and management really care for their residents here and it shows in a thousand little ways. The food is way above what you would expect. My husband and I have been joining my mother-in-law most days for meals as she settles in and the food is truly terrific. Next up, physical therapy onsite. My visit to Bay Village was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food options were great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility.

There is no complaints about the food. The memory care unit needs to add more actvities, because they offer more activites in assisted living. We picked this community because, they had a vacancy, which was the main reason. They need more experienced people. My advice to other families is, it's still new, so they are still working out kinks and have patience.

This was a good community. They have a small memory center and there wasn't an opening for my loved one. This was a little more than we wanted to spend as well.
I think they're doing a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is kept together well, and it's very comfortable and homey.

WOW, this place has such potential, but they are clearly short staffed, food has a lot to be desired and not a lot of activities. All this would be fine, but it is so expensive. Keep looking, if you have to live here, it will be fine.

This was a nice community. It was more than we wanted to spend. They charge for laundry service if they do it, or the machines is coined based.
