You have to go outside to the dining room. Dining room was small. It's farther away than I want to be from my church and friends.

Response from Atria Valley Manor
October 3, 2013Thank you for taking the time to post a review about our community and I would like to address your concern about our restaurant. Our residents don't seem to mind going outside to get to the dining area considering the weather is nice most of the time and it is light outside. Many of the residents like the fresh air and exercise. In case of inclement weather, we close the dining room and deliver all of the meals. Also, if we know that a resident is not feeling well, we will deliver their meals for free. Residents dine at different times with friends, so the size of our restaurant doesn’t seem to be an issue. If we can help further, please let us know. Just email [removed] and be sure to include the Atria community name in your subject line.
seems like nice place.

A Place for Mom has scored Atria Valley Manor 9.6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
