OSA Heritage Homes is a great place for someone like my father who is not mobile and essentially bedridden and needs all personal care performed for him. Cost/value for this care is great. If someone is Mobile, mentally sharp and capable of interacting with others and wants activities, A more assisted-living location would be better for them.
