Residential Care Home
What our family likes about The Acres is the size of the home and some caregivers who would engage my mom, but they could improve activities, food varieties, decision making for daily personal care and some other small details.
When I first came to visit this community I really liked it and it seemed like it was a blessing to have found it. They truly feel like they are family. They treat my dad the way I would treat him. They really care about their residents. The staff is really friendly and they really have a passion for what they are doing. They are very hands on and very attentive to each one of their residents. They were the first and the last community I looked at when searching. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Definitely recommend and they are just amazing there - take care of my momma like she was theirs! Couldn't ask for better place for our momma! Love them & blessed that we found this place

In Friendswood, residential care homes — sometimes called care homes, board and care homes, group homes, or personal care homes — are often houses in residential neighborhoods that are adapted, equipped, and staffed to care for a small number of residents, usually 10 or less. Similar to assisted living but in a smaller, more residential setting, these homes provide supervision, organized events, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). This means care homes can help with everyday routines but typically do not provide 24-hour skilled nursing assistance.
The cost of a care home in Friendswood varies depending on each community. Since the homes are private residences, costs are tied to real estate value and therefore may vary greatly.
