Who are you searching for?
Residential care homes in Arlington may appeal to seniors who value smaller, more close-knit communities and many opportunities for socialization. Arlington care homes typically take in fewer residents, meaning older adults know each resident in the home and develop strong friendships.
Older-adult care homes vary more than other options for senior living in Arlington, so families can choose from a wide range of prices, amenities, and services. A Place for Mom will work with you to understand the cost of care homes. From there, we’ll help you find the right fit, whether you’re staying on a budget or searching for luxury retirement communities.
We are also serving Residential Care Home facilities in surrounding neighborhoods like West Arlington, Downtown Arlington and Dalworthington Gardens.

A Place for Mom (or Dad) in my case did a FANTASIC job listening and helping me find the right place for him. Now he is at New Era Assisted Living and lilian is taking great care of him.
I love how the staff go above and beyond to make sure that my loved one is receiving great care. My loved one is happy he loves this place. The care giving staffs attitude is always positive they make this a family atmosphere. Meals served are wonderful they are nutritious, taste good and have just the exact portions to them.
My mom has lived at Hughes house for over three years. In my opinion it is designed for people needing late stage care. There are not really activities because most residents could not participate. There are two care givers who have been there many years-Over a decade. The house manager is one of them. She does a wonderful job of overseeing the other employees. It really feels like a home. Because they have been with my mom for a few years it is clear they have a relationship with her. In a large setting, shift work by many people is the norm. It’s hard to have a real relationship with this model. This is the difference. They know their clients intimately and these long term employees truly do God’s work. These two are loving compassionate people who truly have a calling. There are at total of 4 full time employees at the house. The other 2 care givers have come and gone over the years but I’m thankful for the stability provided by the two who really run the show!
