Our experience with Victorian Cottage has been a very good one! The woman who runs the place, Ronelle, has been very friendly and easy to work with, and everyone here is very friendly. The place is well kept and clean, and they do a great job looking after the residents.

Amazing building. Small home like facility where your loved one can be treated like they are family. Newer staff within the building seems to have the mindset to go above and beyond to provide upmost care....

What are care homes?

Residential care homes are houses in residential neighborhoods that are equipped, adapted, and staffed to care for a small number of residents, usually between two and 10. Like assisted living communities, staff at care homes typically help residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication management. Although residential care homes vary significantly depending on the community, services usually include:

  • Medication management
  • Mobility assistance
  • Nutritious meals
  • Social activities and outings
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
