Our experience with Victorian Cottage has been a very good one! The woman who runs the place, Ronelle, has been very friendly and easy to work with, and everyone here is very friendly. The place is well kept and clean, and they do a great job looking after the residents.
They do a fantastic job. If you could put the environment they have here, into a new facility, it would give it a twenty. It's not very impressive looking, but the trade-off is well worth it, depending on the activity level of the person who is going to be living there. The facility itself is old and it's crowded, some of the rooms have four people to a room. It's a converted house, and the furnishings are old, the hallways are narrow and not so well lit, but it's comfortable and the people there are phenomenal. It's all very clean, and there are no odors. Every resident there is happy, you never hear complaints, and they all look out for each other. The activity level is not as busy as some of the places, but they do have activities sometimes. It's a great fit for us and we are very happy there.
Amazing facility! The CNAS answer the bells quickly and care about my father. He always look so well taken care of and is so happy to be here. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know. The management team goes the extra mile and is quickly there to help and answer any questions that I have!
