Willowwood Assisted Living in Albuquerque, NM

The staff members at Willowood Assisted Living are so great and friendly and our loved one is really well taken care of. He always looks clean and is being fed really well. We have absolutely no complaints or see any red flags with this community. His favorite thing is sitting outside in the courtyard to enjoy the fresh air. They have people come and play music for the residents. They have exercises, and what we really liked is before our loved one moved in they already had a dresser and a bed for him. The community does not feel clinical at all, not sterile but like a home. Also communication is very important to our family and they communicate with us about everything no matter how big or small something may be.

I liked them. Any place you go, there's bound to be issues. We worked on lots of things, and they've been very supportive, but it just wasn't a good situation. Susan bent over backwards on many occassions, and the support she gives is amazing. Their food is excellent, and they gave my loved one lots of things to do! Like, I said, she really worked with me.

It would be near impossible to find a place that takes better, loving care of their residents. My mother had an immediate smile one her face when she walked in and sat in her recliner. She told me that she'd never been more comfortable in her life. Testimony doesn't get any better than that. [Name removed] and [name removed] are beyond awesome. Our family was blessed to have Mom here.
