Canterbury Hall, LLC
5.0

Canterbury Hall is a warm and wonderful care facility. My sister was in residence for the last month of her life and her family is so grateful for the excellent care given to her by the staff. Our only wish was that she had gotten there earlier and been able to experience the family atmosphere and beautiful setting more. Her private room and bath held all her own favorite furniture, pictures and even her cat, making her transition and stay there so much more comfortable than being in a traditional nursing home.

My mom is very happy here with the care that she is getting. The food is wonderful and she is very happy with all meals. Great staff that is more then willing to take care of her needs. There are activities offered to her, but she needs a little help with starting to get involved. I do recommend this facility for good care for others.

What are care homes?

Residential care homes are houses in residential neighborhoods that are equipped, adapted, and staffed to care for a small number of residents, usually between two and 10. Like assisted living communities, staff at care homes typically help residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication management. Although residential care homes vary significantly depending on the community, services usually include:

  • Mobility assistance
  • Nutritious meals
  • Social activities and outings
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
