Residential Care Home
I wasn't that crazy about it there. Some of the staff weren't consistent, they kept coming and going. They were supposed to check in on her every hour and we don't know if it was being done. The community was brand new and we talked to lady that we knew from our church which is why chose it, They seemed to offer a lot of activities and keep the resident busy.
This company provided a good service at the time that we needed and also made meals for our loved one.
I've not been there at mealtime but my husband is happy with the food. We don't have an opinion with the activities - 3 old men don't want to go - or do much! While I think elder care costs are ridiculous. [name removed] is certainly in step with other facility. My husband is getting excellent care, and I appreciate the "home" vs "institution" feel and the personal attention given to each of the residents. My husband isn't very social and would isolate in a large facility.
