Residential Care Home
The staff at Aunt Dottie's Place has been kind and attentive. They have given great care to my father, and I'm so happy we chose them to care for my dad.
So far I am satisfied with the care that my loved one is receiving. Both [name removed] and her husband [name removed] are doing a good job. I believe that their biggest problem is turnover. Care workers seem to come and go. I understand that this is a problem across the board, any place you would go. Too bad that there isn't a solution to the problem, a better training system in place, or whatever. My loved one's daughters are impressed with [name removed] and her husband, and thought the staff interacted well with the other residents. I do believe that this residence is one of the best in the area. Would recommend, but would caution them about staffing issues.
I was happy with the services we received. The care taker was nice and very friendly. The community is clean and taken care of. She is offered alot of activities , but at this time she is not interested in participating. The meals seemed to be appealing with a good variety. We liked seeing that the other residents appear to be happy to be in this community. We would recommend the care and value to other families for good care and value.
