Redwood Retreat in Santa Rosa, CA
4.6

My family and I are very pleased with our choice of Redwood Retreat for my Dads residence. At the end of this month my Dad will have been there 6 months. He is well taken care of, clothing washed, bedding clean, bathed, finger and toe nails clipped. It has a very homelike feel and there are always good smells coming out of the kitchen. The facility is spotless. Eric who owns/manages the facility comes by daily and obviously cares about and has a good relationship with the residents. There is always conversation, singing, laughing and music when I visit. Making a move from a home was a very hard decision, but each week I visit my father i see that we made the right decision. He is much happier and healthier, and better taken care of than when he was living alone at home.

Our loved one has only been here a brief time, but so far the experience has been a very positive one! The staff here is friendly, accommodating, and communicative. I am located out of state, so knowing that the staff is so on top of things and willing to go the extra mile really does a lot for my peace of mind!
