Idaho Care Home

I can't say enough about how good this facility is! The staff was amazing! Friendly, sensitive, caring, and very hard working. We felt like Mom was with family. They threw an amazing Anniversary party for my parents 2 years ago - a good example of how they always went "above and beyond!" That has been a great memory for my dad and me.

With covid we have had little interaction inside the facility, but we do see pictures of the activities and parties they have. The owner is just fantastic and super caring, you can really tell her care for the residents is genuine. The staff members are excellent and we could not be happier.

We cannot say enough good things about this place, the staff members are very caring and have had no turnovers. The owner has great attention to detail which we really appreciate. She makes all of the ladies just feel like they are apart of her family, she is good about keeping families updated. She makes things fun and interesting for the residents. They just got their second vaccine on Friday and they had a little party to celebrate.

Friendly staff, clean and well-cared for facility. Had a bright, cheery atmosphere. Nice yard. Each resident has a good-size private room with en-suite half bath. Caregivers seem to have a great relationship with the residents. Residents were all alert, dressed, looked well taken care of. Most were active and chatting. More expensive than other facilities.

The staff at the Idaho Care Home are extremely loving, caring and thoughtful. From our first visit through the end of mom's life, she and my husband and I were treated with utmost compassion and kindness. Mom was very ill before her passing and night staff were very accommodating and would respond promptly to her needs throughout the night. Mom so appreciated it when the day staff would lovingly massage her swollen legs. The owner and staff at the Idaho Care Home are to be highly commended for their efforts to provide a clean environment, comforting meals and a safe haven for their elderly clients. Unlike a larger facility, daily activities are fairly limited, but every effort is made to interact with the seniors and provide simple activities for their enjoyment.

Oustanding! Just the best! The activities are great. They've got her up and out and doing stuff. Just the other day she went on a car ride. She didn't come out of her room at the last place so this is great! One of the guests at Idaho Care Home is a neuro surgeon. She said she looked into every care home in the Santa Rosa area and this one is by far the best. I agree!

Lovely environment and it shows that Caroline and snd staff care a great deal for their guests!
