My aunt spent her final years at Optimum Care, crocheting, painting, reading and going out to the thrift store. She was lucid and in her mid-90s when she moved there from her trailer home in Santa Rosa. She was lucid and 97 when she passed peacefully. [Name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful caregivers over the long haul. They noted that at 2-3 times per year, we were among the more frequent visitors (3000 miles away). The place was clean, smelled good, had typically quiet or rowdy residents, and ran smoothly. There was rapid response to critical issues, which were rare, and help for getting around. Visiting Angels could come in at any time. My aunt never had any evidence of "care difficulty" and was in great shape to the end. The Optimum Care Home provided the greatest combination of "freedom" and supervision. HIGHLY recommended.... Read more

Newly remodeled and awake night staff now. Love their activity program as well. Wander guard for doors and new walk in/ wheeled in showers.
