This facility went out of their way to put up guide signs, etc. to assist Mom in staying 'independent' (not on dementia floor) as long as possible. They were also very aware of her signs of progression and took as much time as we wanted to discuss things with us.

Very kind and knowledgable. We picked this community because they offered a locked dementia unit. I would recommend to others.

We had a great experience at Newhaven Court. Sadly, my dad started to have dementia symptoms that required a memory care facility, and there were no openings in the memory care unit of Newhaven Court.

The caregivers are very compassionate and caring. They shower the patients on a regular basis and change them regularly. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone. The only con is there's a pretty long wait list to get a room.
