They really do an excellent job. They deal really well with both the residents and their families. They are very patient and understanding and go out of their way to help out in any way they can. I highly recommend Somerset Court of Mocksville to anyone else who needs a place for their elderly loved ones and I personally would not consider having my mom anywhere else.
My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Lexington and most everything was great for her at this facility. The move-in process was efficient. The facility was very clean. The staff were very good. The head nurse even accepted phone calls on his mobile phone after hours and on weekends. The other residents seemed content. My loved one said that the food was okay, I never tried it. Overall, I would recommend Brookdale Lexington to others.
So far things are going pretty good. It's very clean, and the staff is really nice. She likes the food, it's the best of anywhere she has been. We had a friend that had some experience here before, and was pleased with it. One price covers everything. We are really happy, there really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better.
