Friendly staff and warm inviting facility. Dad is happy there. Quickly brought into a group and activities. Very caring and helpful when dad has had any health concern. Although there were other facilities that we also considered this is the one dad chose. He felt most comfortable with the other residents and staff. He also liked the location and having safe places to walk or enjoy the outdoors.
We have had a good experience so far. Mom has a lot of complaints but that is typical of her and not necessarily a reflection of their quality of service. The one complaint she has which is justified though, is the food. It seems that they are short staffed and the dining experience is unremarkable at best. I would expect better quality meals for the price she is paying. That aside, I would recommend the Landing to anyone.
They do a great job here, overall, it's a wonderful place. The staff, from the management to the maintenance staff, are warm, caring, and friendly. It's never easy for a person to go from living in their own home to a completely new living situation, but I feel like the staff here go out of their way to ease the transition and help their new residents adjust.
