Assisted Living
The whole place has a very friendly atmosphere. SLC offers a lot of programs that are open to people who live in the surrounding community, so the residents feel like they are still part of the community. The food is very good. I would recommend Scandinavian Living Center to others.
Our experience with this community was good, overall it is kept pretty clean. The care services are pretty reliable, the activities were however a little bit weaker. The food at this community was very good, and we really liked the responsiveness of the staff and the availability the memory care unit had
I believe that it's a well run facility with a friendly staff. It's been a little frustrating at times coordinating between the different departments that provide the services. We feel that due to its large size it makes it possible to keep costs down, but some minor details get lost in the shuffle. Yet my parents seem to enjoy living there.
