A good transition from family and friends and food from NY City area to here. Getting used to living in America and eating American food.
Overall it has been as good of an experience as I could hope for. My mom can be really difficult to deal with and they have done the best that they can to work with her.
We chose Brookdale Bartlesville because they just seemed more flexible in meeting her needs than some of the other places that we looked into. She was in one of the smaller rooms but it was adequate for her. She never had any complaints about the food. The best part about the community is the staff members, they were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and gave us their personal cell phone numbers if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend.
