Assisted Living
This is a great place for independent living and this isn't really an assisted living community. There are only two meals included each day, and if they want a third meal the residents are on their own to figure that out. The community has very friendly people and staff.
Today was the first chance I got to visit with [Removed]. Her room is very nice. All the personnel was very helpful in getting me in and out and directing me to her room. I have had other neighbors and friend live here, but it has been a while. But, found they are still the same friendly facility.
It's probably the same for any community, you have to be a voice for your family member and stay on top of it. They've done a good job of being responsive and listening when I come to them. I think they could do better with training for staff in a memory care unit. I feel like they treat me and my loved one very well. They're very personable to the residents. They know them by name, and they know me by name. I would recommend Villas of Holly Brook/Reflections Memory Care.
