Assisted Living
Living in Puerto Rico, it was important to me and my siblings to find a place that would provide the best care for my mother. Having her live at Encore has provided me with peace of mind while living overseas that mom is well-taken care.
Great place for my parents. Admin is available and responsive. My parents like the staff there and have no complaints. only negative is that they do not use landlines since AT&T has yet to provide service to the building. This makes the residents use a cell phone. Overall, Alura is worth the money to have my parents live in a nice, caring environment and be responsive to my family's needs
Of the suggested possible venues, Tranquility Haven was the best of the bunch and while some others were slightly lower in monthly cost, some were not places I would want to stay myself. The home in which my mom is now resident was clean and fresh and the employed personnel seem competent and friendly. The services provided at no cost by "A place for mom" to those seeking advice on such facilities when it is not possible to survey them at a distance, saved a good bit of time in selecting a pleasant location for someone no longer able to select one for themselves.
