Great people, the building is one floor and great for any type of physical limitations and all types of services are provided from laundry and housekeeping if needed. They also have local transportation which is very helpful. They have been having all kinds of staffing problems and consistency with the meals and stuff, so just figured a 3 would be an average score on the food. Would highly recommend Capella at Pueblo West.
My dad has been at Brookdale for a little over two years. We are very pleased with his care and the staff is so very friendly and kind. My dad is well cared for by the care staff. The meals and activities always seem to be well liked.
The home setting is great! They encourage visitors at any time. They are friendly and it is always clean. The residents are encouraged to get up and dressed daily. They also all eat together in kitchen dining area. The price is all inclusive so you don't have to worry about constant add ons. Very happy with this facility. Also works closely with hospice when needed.
