Assisted Living
It's a beautiful place to live. My mom was at another home in Barrie and when she broke her hip she was not welcomed back. We found Mulcaster Mews. Mulcaster sent their nurse to do an assessment of mom at the hospital to make sure they can look after her needs. I can't say enough about how caring the staff is at Mulcaster. They go beyond the call of duty. The home is small but cozy and mom felt comfortable right from the beginning. She has recovered from her hip surgery and enjoying her stay there.
I am very happy with the community. They are very cautious of covid and take the residence into consideration. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This was a perfect fit for my loved one and my loved one loved it from the beginning.
My parents moved in and they were there a short time when Dad became sick. They were understanding and allowed us to come and go, as needed. When we lost Dad, they were very supportive to Mom. The meals are very good. Most of the staff members are approachable and friendly. Mom's room is always clean and the staff do check on the residents. So I would say it is a pleasant place to live and my Mother enjoys it there.
