Golden Years Home in Lancaster, CA
5.0

Beautiful spacious facility in a beautiful home on the West side of Lancaster! They now take up to 4 hospice patients. Kept very clean and staff are always friendly, professional, and provide genuine care. More of a residential care facility for the elderly which gives extra special attention to each resident for quality care. My aunt is very happy there and loves the food!

Oakmont of Santa Clarita
5.0

This facility is great, it's more like a resort. I can't say enough good things about it. The food is good, I have eaten there several times. The staff is lovely. They are very attentive and involved with the residents and families. Communication between the facility and family is also very good. The number of activities they have available is beyond our expectations. They do housekeeping and laundry and do a great job. The only thing we find lacking is the turf on the dog park, it gets too hot for the dogs to walk on. I think grass or even some shade would really make a difference. Overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The Havens at Antelope Valley in Lancaster, CA
4.0

However, The communication from the Havens to resident family is absolutely HORRIBLE. For example: 1) Families were never notified when the entire facility was in isolation for weeks due to Covid outbreak. 2) The facility was without hot water for 4 days. At an assisted living facility, this is a health crisis. 3) Management staff has changed 3 times since my Dad's arrival. 4) Voicemail recording is from the previous manager.
