Memory Care
This community is wonderful to my sister and are treating her very well. She is a high functioning early onset for alzheimer's. So still very active and the staff helps keep her busy. Like the other night she baked a cake and frosted it for their desserts. It is a clean community and the kitchen is spotless. They have a wonderful activity director she'll take my sister out in public to pick up craft items. She enjoys the music entertainment also. What wonderful food they feed them excellently. This is where my sister can afford and can be comfortable. I would recommend this to friends or family.
We chose Brentwood because it did not feel institutional at all like a couple of other facilities we looked into. The room sizes at the facility are appropriate. The food service is definitely a big draw, they have very good meals provided that are prepared on site by a chef. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Communities to others looking.
I cant begin to tell how wonderful this Community is. There was a change over in Management last year and boy have things IMPROVED. The director is Wonderful, she is caring, understanding and compassionate about what she does. She is always willing to listen and help figure out a solution. The Staff here are just as great! They are easy to talk to, they listen when you are having concerns about your loved one or just need someone to talk to. Alzheimer's isn't easy to watch your loved one go through... They are very good with handling difficult situations, they remain calm and collect and I believe that is so important when working in this field. As far as the building goes, I have been here multiple times and its always clean always smells good. The food is beyond average. I love that the meals are home cooked meals. My family really appreciates a good homecooked meal as Mom was the best at that. I wish I could give a 10 Star review. Definitely worth it!
