A tour is a must to experience the comfortable atmosphere in Brentwood. In the sit down conversation with the representative, all my questions & concerns were addressed. Introduction to those we met on the tour showed a people oriented staff & friendly happy residents. Brentwood is an asset to our Rice Lake community!

We chose Brentwood because it did not feel institutional at all like a couple of other facilities we looked into. The room sizes at the facility are appropriate. The food service is definitely a big draw, they have very good meals provided that are prepared on site by a chef. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Communities to others looking.

I toured Brentwood Senior Communities and it was a very very nice facility but it was too expensive for what we were looking for.
This community is perfect, it is extremely clean. The staff goes above and beyond, they set up individual zoom meetings and they are so kind and passionate. The care services are excellent, we could not find anything wrong no matter how hard we look. Our loved one has never complained about the food, and they have a wide range of activities. Our loved one is very happy there.

Many people recommended this as a great place. My Grandparents live there and are very happy at this facility. Wonderful staff, great food and the building is very pretty. Contrary to the other review, they don’t have high turnover. Many of the staff have been there for many years.

I toured this community and didn't choose it simply for one major reason the management staff along with the regular staff has a high overturn rate. The staff that we dealt with and saw seemed friendly enough and helpful so I"m not sure why they keep can't management or regular staff. The overall appearance of the community appeared clean and taken care of.
