Great Place to Bring a loved one

I cant begin to tell how wonderful this Community is. There was a change over in Management last year and boy have things IMPROVED. The director is Wonderful, she is caring, understanding and compassionate about what she does. She is always willing to listen and help figure out a solution. The Staff here are just as great! They are easy to talk to, they listen when you are having concerns about your loved one or just need someone to talk to. Alzheimer's isn't easy to watch your loved one go through... They are very good with handling difficult situations, they remain calm and collect and I believe that is so important when working in this field. As far as the building goes, I have been here multiple times and its always clean always smells good. The food is beyond average. I love that the meals are home cooked meals. My family really appreciates a good homecooked meal as Mom was the best at that. I wish I could give a 10 Star review. Definitely worth it!... Read more

Good, Friendly Staff But Needs Work on Meals and Cleanliness

The staff is friendly, but as far as the food goes it isn't well balanced. The cleanliness is something they need to improve on in the resident's rooms. The staff communication is very receptive. I wish the staff were more proactive, instead of the family bringing up concerns.

friendly staff

When our loved one first moved in to Care Partners/Country Terrace they were welcomed with open arms. The staff members took her around to all the residents and introduced her which was a huge plus. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

Seemed ok-All was neat and clean, but I had to hunt up a member of staff, even though they knew we were coming at 1 pm. One was out front talking on her phone, and the other was out back having a cigarette, talking on her phone. :/
