My loved one was in memory care. They could have a much lower patient to caregiver ratio and provide more attention. My loved one had very little autonomy and that made it feel like a prison to them. They should have access to food, water, and their room. Being locked out of the room, not having free access to water, and being locked out of your private space is just not Ok.

We(my wife and I) have lunch in the dining room to be able to socialize with our neighbors. Then we prepare our own evening meal. We really enjoy the musical programs. Suggestion: maybe a musical group could be formed with the residents.

I give them a 5 plus! The facility is so clean and everyone is friendly. All is good with mom. Bonaventure of East Wenatchee is amazing. They take great care of mom and the staff is amazing and very helpful....
