From the get go, the staff was on their toes. Everyone had a job to do, and the ease with which we were able to move our friend into a room was seamless. There was compassion in their agenda.

The housekeeping could be better throughout the whole community and my loved ones room. Everything else is great the staff are very attentive with my loved ones care needs. I feel that this place is safe and it gives the family a peace of mind. I would recommend the Brookdale Moses Lake to friends and family.
