To staff, nurses, caretakers and personnel, We want to thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts for the care and treatment shown toward my mother during her nearly one year stay. All of you showed much love and concern for her. We thank you for the thoughts and prayers offered our way during our time of sorrow and grief.

At Ivy Ridge some staff are exceptional and some are not. Most of the staff are exceptional. They have a singer come in and other activities. I would just like to see a few more activities. Their food needs to be more healthy. It's sandwiches, or hamburgers, and tater tots. When the staff first initially talked to us on the phone it seemed like they were more accommodating but once you get in they aren't as accommodating. Mom couldn't go to the bathroom on her own and the nurses only come in at specific times. They don't seem to tailor to her needs. Some of the nurses really goes above and beyond.

The marketing staff does a good job explaining about the facility with regards to how a resident will live and transition as their needs change. The facility is well maintained. They offer lots of activities for the residents to get out of their rooms and socialize. When my mother has had maintenance issues they quickly resolve them.
