Commonwealth Senior Living at Front Royal

I think they're a very caring community. They have good activities for the memory care unit. They are slightly understaffed, but I don't think that's unique to this organization over any other one. There are just so many demands from the people in memory care, it's difficult to get to all of them right away when they need to. But I think it's a good value for the services they provide. They were also very helpful in working with us to get hospice involved when we needed it.

My husband and I are both residents. He was transferred to their medical unit. This is in the same building so I am able to visit him at any time. A safety feature for all residents is to wear a call button. I have pushed my button at 2am and whoever is working has responded quickly.

We would recommend The Warren to others. The staff is wonderful with communicating with the family and keeping us informed about how Dad is doing and involving us, as much as we want to be, in his care.
