The Warren

When Mom entered Greenfield, we were very happy with her adjustment, the friendliness of the staff, and the care she received. However, many things were lacking as we have seen since Inspirit bought the facility and it became The Warren.One of us is there almost every day so we have a pretty good perspective on how things go on a regular basis. Our mom continues to be very happy there.

We would recommend The Warren to others. The staff is wonderful with communicating with the family and keeping us informed about how Dad is doing and involving us, as much as we want to be, in his care.

My mother was a resident at the facility for short-time beginning in August 2023. Staffing shortages were almost a constant issue. Family members of residents held multiple meetings with administration to discuss quality of food served, staff shortage, cleanliness of facility and cleanliness of resident's rooms. Employee turnover in the positions of Executive Director, Medication Aide and LPN were frequent. In October 2023 and November 2023, The Warren was served by the VA Department of Social Services with multiple violations regarding missed doses of controlled substances, altering medication administration records, failing to ensure direct care staff maintained current first aid certification and many other violations.

Willing to accommodate my loved one and his needs the most. Very caring staff who are willing to go above and beyond to help you and your loved one. They take everything into consideration.

Our mom has been at Greenfield for six months. She enjoys the activities and socialization with staff and other residents. All staff treat mom and all residents with genuine kindness. Greenfield has been a wonderful experience for our mom.

The Activities Director is fabulous and comes up with creative options for both residents and family members. The facility is brightly decorated and well maintained. The food is disappointing. Serving cuts of meat that need to be cut with a knife when no such utensil is avail is perplexing. The facility just instituted a 6% increase in room and board, but even then is less expensive than others in the area.

This facility offers a homelike setting and staff that are knowledgeable and compassionate. The activities department keeps the resident's active doing a variety of activities. The residents and staff always have smiles on their faces.

They have a lot of activities listed but they don't always do them. They allow pets, and it's a lot of community interaction. The care services and friendliness, they are doing well with. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

When I placed my mom at Greenfield Senior Loving after she fell and broke her leg- I quickly realized the staff was the most excellent, caring compassionate, kind, communicative, insightful, and cognitively proficient group of clinicians and caretaker I have come across… And I am an RN of 26 years myself! They took the most tender loving care of my mom in the days when she needed it the most and I am forever grateful to them! You can trust placing your most dear and fragile loved ones in this facility, they will be in good hands I can assure you!

We toured this community for our aunt, and her needs. It was a nice experience, and our tour went well. The community looked clean from what we saw. The staff was polite, and answered our questions. It was a pleasant experience overall, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

A close relative of mine has stayed at Greenfield. Everyone on the staff has gone out of their way to make her stay a very pleasant and safe time in her life. It was a major transition for her but now she feels secure and enjoys the new friends she has made. Thanks to all.

We could not be happier with the care Greenfield of Woodstock provided our mom. The peace of mind we had knowing she was not only cared for but loved was priceless. No matter the day or hour we visited, the atmosphere was positive. Perhaps the reason for this is that those who work at Greenfield work as a team. Caring for the elderly can be very demanding. When the care providers work together, those demands are better met. This is definitely true at Greenfield. We were part of that team and Greenfield was great at keeping us in the loop. Very heart felt thank yous to EVERYONE at Greenfield. You all filled Jean's last several years and final moments with patience, great care and plenty of affection.

Greenfield of Woodstock is the greatest place. They took care of my mother with great care, and pride. The last days of mothers days were filled with love from the staff, also they took care of the family as well. My mother called greenfield home and she loved it there. I would recommend it to anyone.
