The first thing I noticed was that the facility smelled good and surroundings in common areas felt like a home. The staff was terrific and I knew the Executive Officer over the facility. I was very comfortable with my loved one living there.
What has made it such a great experience so far is the people are caring and they love my dad and he loves them. We would recommend Cirmarron Place to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
Everyone has been very professional so, friendly and helpful throughout this entire experience so far. We chose this place because it felt so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Nice, clean facility. Not overwhelmingly large but just right and very homey. The location is great for us and easy to get to when we're in Odessa to stop by and visit mom.
