Without the special efforts by you and Jason, the transition of my mother to your retirement facility would surely have been more difficult. We are delighted with her apartment and the special concern exhibited by all members of your staff. Each is truly compassionate and caring. Without question, I would strongly recommend your facility to any potential future residents and please do utilize this correspondence as a marketing proof source, if you so desire. Please give my regards to your grandfather and father; they should be extra proud of you and Jason, as well as the work you both are doing.
We chose this community because it was in Ellwood citry and that is where my father grew up. Also, he was able to get a 3 room apartment. My dad has one of the larger apartments here, so the size is good. There are things I think that the care services could do better at. My dad is on a special diet and they are feeding him foods he should not have. My favorite part about the community has been the staff members. I would recommend Northview Estates.
The staff team at Newhaven Court are fabulous, there was a little bit of miscommunication when our loved one moved in, but we believe it was because our loved ones health got more serious after they initially interviewed and assessed our loved one. However, the care they are showing our loved one is amazing and they have unbelievable amount of patience. The community is very well kept, no fowl odors, it is immaculate. Our loved ones room is always well kept and the bathroom is very clean. We think the meals and dining service is very good, our loved one can be a very picky eater but he is on a good food routine and it seems to be working out just well. We have been able to see what food they serve for lunch and dinner and it looks to be very delicious, we are pleased with the dining service. They have also been very thorough with checking visitors temperatures, blood oxygen levels, giving out hand sanitize and asking if they have any covid related symptoms. We are just so impressed with this community and the staff.
