Majestic Care of Fairfield Assisted Living

The physical facilities, the apartments are great, The food is good. They are understaffed due to Covid-19. My mom is too week to get out of her room on her own and often times has to wait a long time to get caregivers to help. They have been very helpful in helping schedule visits once a week in a mask.

Brookdale Finneytown (Offering HealthPlus) in Cincinnati, OH
3.9

The staff was very nice, but there seemed to be a lot of turnover. I would usually be the one to initiate communication, but they would let me know if she fell. Housekeeping couldn't keep Mom's clothes together. She had other people's clothes, at times. Her bathroom didn't smell good. When hospice was called in, her level of care improved.

The Alois Alzheimer Center in Cincinnati, OH

I have heard that this is a great place for my mom. So, I researched and researched for places and always came back to the Alois. They seem to be most qualified and ideal. Highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Met with Director. Seperate dementia unit. Alot of activity going on and residents were in a room playing a game. Rooms were small and had no privacy but were clean.

We toured Mason Christian Village and it was a great tour! It's a newer facility. Their helpfulness really stood out to us here. The cleanliness was good, also.
