I loved the staff that was there when my mom first moved into Randall Residence of Newark. Then there was a change with the Director who wasn't quite as personable, but ok. The Director of nursing changed three times in one year, which made it hard to get to know anyone. They were responsive to all of my inquiries. I believe that my mom got very good care from the general staff. I would recommend this facility to others.
What we like the most about the Hearth Brook community is that they have positive and effective ways of dealing with non conformist and agitated behavior. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.
My parents moved into Middleton and absolutely love it! There are no stairs in the cottage, the maintenance men are attentively and the food is delicious! We are so thankful that they move into Middleton to make life easier for them since they are both 88.
