They are really good to the residents at this community and are very qualified for the care that is provided to them. They recently just got a new activity director and are waiting for the changes. They have activities like bingo and then during the holidays they have crafts for the residents to do have a good time in the community. The staff really care for the residents.
The foyer of the facility is very homey and is always bustling with energy. The staff makes a great effort in getting to know the residents and their individual personalities and needs. They also welcome family and encourage participation from family in all the events. It's not the most modern of places but it's very comfortable and feels like home for my dad.
All 5s. I could not have found any other place for the price. We really like this place. We did have a few concerns at the beginning which was miscommunication. After those growing pains, no problems.
