The foyer of the facility is very homey and is always bustling with energy. The staff makes a great effort in getting to know the residents and their individual personalities and needs. They also welcome family and encourage participation from family in all the events. It's not the most modern of places but it's very comfortable and feels like home for my dad.
The Blake at Oxford is a great place to live. It is comfortable and also beautiful. The entire staff is so accommodating and eager to meet the needs of the residents. There are activities planned for those who want to participate. Great meals and entertainment too!
Our loved one came from a previous community and it is just a night and day experience. The Pinnacle is amazing, our loved one is happy there and she is actually getting out and about. The staff members actually care about their residents, and every 3 months they sit down with the families to go over the care plan and make any changes if needed. The activities director is incredible, the nursing staff is amazing. everyone there is just amazing we have nothing but positive things to say we could not ask for better.
