Frankfort Pines
5.0

My mother lived here the last months of her life. The facility was always clean. She said she never had a bad meal, The owners and staff were always very pleasant to deal with and would absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and well taken care of. Just 4 days before my mothers death she told me that "the people here make me feel like someone special", what more can be added to that. Frankfort Pines is a great choice for loved ones that require assisted living. My mother was in the early stages of Alzeheimers and our family was very comfortable with the level of carer that she received there. The staff here is first class.

Traverse Manor in Traverse City, MI
5.0

They do a great job overall at Traverse Manor! The staff is very friendly and take great care of the people who live here. The facility itself is very clean, and they offer a lot of great amenities, including good food and a busy activity schedule.

Northport Highlands
5.0

Both my parents have moved into Northport Highlands. My mother needed it more so than my father, but it comforted my family and I knowing that this is the place that is taking care of them. They have such a friendly staff, the place is always clean and it seems like there is always something for the residents to do. I don’t have to worry about my parents getting to any doctor appointments as they are always taken care of. Northport Highlands is very transparent and communicates exceptionally well when it comes to the status of my parents. I have toured 4 places with my parents before they chose this one. They love it and I’m glad they’re happy.
