Wingate Residences on the East Side in Providence, RI
4.5

I want to praise the staff at Wingate on the East Side for their prompt and compassionate response to a referral that I made on behalf of a patient. They were flexible with schedules, interviews and special requests, and were very adaptable when our plans changed. I was always able to reach individuals there for questions and concerns, and they made the admissions process extremely manageable. I would like to especially mention [name removed], RN and [name removed] for their focused attention and caring.

Previously my love one was at a different facility and I will say that it is much better for her. They provide a lot of nice programs that they run. They do have a Memory Care section and I find that the people here are just more caring. The staff team is very knowledgeable and communicative. If something were to happen they are very good at calling me immediately and to let me know. I highly recommend this facility
